PTO WEBSITE REGISTRATION
Please take a quick moment to register with our website. Registered users will have access to many extra features, such as the TTE Family Directory, email blasts with important PTO information, and the ability to sign up for PTO and volunteer events.
Registration Instructions (click here for a step-by-step guide with screenshots):
- Click this link to start the registration process: Timber Trail PTO Website Registration (https://tools.ptoffice.com/reg/NS_TTP2D2)
- Use registration code ttepto (all lower case)
- Create your log in information using your email and unique password
- Enter your family information by typing in your last name to see if there is already an entry in the directory. If not, then click on "CREATE NEW FAMILY UNIT"
- To enter adult contact information, click “EDIT CONTACT”
- You will have the option to make your contact information private so others won't see it by clicking on "CLICK TO HIDE.” Remember to click “SAVE” after entering in your contact information
- Click on “+ ADD CHILD” and enter student information for each child. Make sure you select their grade and teacher. Remember to click on “SAVE” and make note of your log in information
- *For existing registered users: Please validate that your account information is up-to-date.

PTO FUNDRAISER: PARRY'S TAKE AND BAKE PIZZA
Make dinner simple and order Parry's Take & Bake Pizza while supporting the Timber Trail PTO!
Choose a cheese or pepperoni pizza on a regular or gluten free crust.
Pizzas will be ready for pickup after school on Thursday, September 23rd during car line. Orders must be placed by Tuesday, September 1st.
To order more than one pizza type, please make your selection, add it to your basket and then make your next selection. All pizzas can then be paid for at checkout.
Be sure to include your family's car line number so we can distribute easily.

The Timber Trail PTO is excited for our biggest fundraiser for the 2021-2022 school year! This year, we're changing our annual Move-a-Thon to the Timberwolf Trot Fun Run!!
Starting Monday, September 20th, students will begin fundraising online, earning prizes and fun school activities as we work toward our goal of $25,000. Then on Thursday, October 7 all students will get outside for the Timberwolf Trot to celebrate their fundraising efforts and see who can complete the most laps.

BATTLE OF THE BOOKS
Battle of the Books - Starts September 17th & 20th!
What is it? A game show style battle between local elementary schools, hosted by Douglas County Library. The students work as a team to answer questions about the books they've read!
Where is it? Weekly book clubs/practices will be held after school at Timber Trail. 5th graders will meet Mondays from 3:30-4:30 and 3/4th graders will meet Fridays from 3:30-4:30 in the Library. Meetings will start Friday (17th) for 3rd/4th graders, and Monday (20th) for 5th graders.
Battles are held in February at the Lone Tree Library. Dates and times TBD.
What's required? A list of 10 books will be published by the library after labor day. The kids will be expected to read the book prior to their book club meeting and bring 10 questions about the book to try and stump their teammates!
How to sign up? Email your team's coach with your child's name, teacher, best contact for parents (phone and email), and any allergies.

IT'S AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3...PICK YOUR DAY, PAY, PAINT!
Parents, students, and staff have the opportunity to "Rent the Rock.” The Spirit Rock, which is located on the field by the playground, can be rented to recognize a birthday, show school spirit, thank a teacher, or congratulate a team.
To rent the rock please pay on MySchoolBucks after you sign up for your date.
100% of the $25 rental fee goes directly to the PTO to help support our school. Rental is for 24 hrs from 4PM the day before you sign up to 4PM the day of the event or until the rock is rented again. You will need to use the sign up to reserve your day and pay via MySchoolBucks.com for the rock rental.
*Please note that the rock you are renting is on the PLAYGROUND near the basketball court. It is not the one at the entrance of the school.
**Please pay for the rock at the time of reserving it.
